The Issue we needed to tackle

The brand was non-existing. When we began working with Lake Speech, it had an outdated logo and minimal online presence that did not accurately reflect the quality of its services. Additionally, the company had no social media presence, which made it difficult for potential clients to learn more about the organization. While the competition was not a concern at the moment, the lack of a brand identity prevented the organization to strive for future success.

Lake Speech is an organization that relies on letting parents know they have a solution for whatever challenges their kid is facing. As we dove into the process, brainstorming (add some images of that process below) was how we defined the best way to reach the audience.

  • Client awareness was essential to the success of the brand. Acknowledging that your child may need extra help to reach their potential is not easy. It can be hard to identify it and therefore seek assistance. Educating and providing useful information for potential clients to see the value of Lake Speech services was crucial throughout the branding process.
  • We were working on a budget, which meant that everything needed to be built organically and at a slower pace.

Solution

  • The first step in the rebranding process was to update the company's logo and website. To achieve this, we first created a brand identity rooted in the dedication, effort, and mission of the company.
  • The website was redesigned to be more user-friendly and to include detailed information about the different therapy services offered by the company.

The updated website and social media presence made it easier for potential clients to learn about the company and the services they offer. It became a reference in this specialized industry. The strong image and presence led to the company’s acquisition by a large health provider.

The logo captures perfectly the values of the company. The heart symbol references the staff's uniform, where they literally "wear their hearts on their sleeves". This connects the company's values to the brand, creating a cohesive message. The limited budget for this project led us to rely on the recommendations and reviews from the clients. The company’s online presence was defined and increased through personal recommendations and word-of-mouth advertising. This was possible due to the extraordinary work the company does with children.
